The founder of Haven has a background in critical care and emergency nursing. That is where she learned that hospital discharges do not adequately prepare patients to go home.

Going home after hospitalization often leaves patients with more questions than answers, even with discharge instructions.

Haven was founded to help clients feel more equipped and in control of their care at home. Through 1-hour one-on-one sessions with an experienced registered nurse, you can care for yourself or your loved one with confidence.
