Concierge nursing is highly personalized, individualized nursing care outside the traditional hospital or outpatient setting. It provides focused, dedicated time with a nurse to help answer questions or provide education. Some concierge nursing services can even offer hands-on patient care.
Haven provides one-on-one, highly personalized, virtual education to clients who are looking for more from their healthcare team. We go in depth - and take the time to answer your questions, so you feel safe and comfortable caring for yourself at home. Whether you need more education on your medications, or have a procedure coming up and feel overwhelmed, Haven is here to help you navigate it all - from the comfort of your home.
In a medication consultation, a nurse will review your current home medications and ensure you know what you take and why. We'll cover possible side effects, the best way to schedule your medications effectively, and answer any questions you may have. This is great for patients who take multiple medications, or who have been recently hospitalized and are on new medications.
Surgery is stressful enough—your pre-op instructions shouldn’t be. In a pre-op consultation, a nurse will sit down with you and your family to review what your doctor has already told you, translate it into plain language, and answer every question you’ve been too overwhelmed to ask. Together, we’ll make a plan that fits your life, so you feel calm, clear, and confident walking into surgery.
Recovering from surgery doesn't have to be overwhelming. During a post-op consultation, a nurse will give you important instruction on how you can heal smoothly at home. We'll cover things like sleeping arrangements, pain medication regimens, and fall prevention.
At this time, Haven does not accept insurance and is cash-pay only. However, we are looking to accept FSA/HSA in the near future - stay tuned!
At this time, Haven is solely virtual. We do not provide in-home or hands-on care, nor do we provide in-person consultations.
